Rachel,
I hadn't noticed that you had put several questions about the web site into the form. Maybe better to create separate topics so that they stand out better.

Yes, we could make the logos smaller and put them at the bottom. Although if Investors or County Council got much smaller you would not be able to read the text.

Did you figure out how to give other people access to update pages, by assigning them to the 'staff' role in their user settings ?

I have modified the downloads so that their are 2 tabs - is that what you wanted ? now we need to decide which docs should go in which.

The reason for using the contact form and not putting email addresses on web pages is to avoid them being picked up and having SPAM sent to them. If you are willing to take the risk then of course you can. We could put a link on the right hand side if we move the logs from there perhaps, to avoid creating too many options on the other menus.

Was there anything else?

Bits and Pieces

Hi Malcolm, thanks ever so much for all the hard work you and Poppy have put into the website - it is receiving much positive feedback! There are just a few things:

1. Could you put the logos on the footer please?
2. Downloads section - is there any way you can give me access to create new tabs and amend the documents?
3. Would you be able to explain the permissions to me? I want to be able to give certain members of staff the ability to delete forums relating to vacancies - but not to give them staff access as that gives them an email when new users request a log in. Is there a way through the roles etc..?
4. I agree with you about the contact form - that can stay the same.
5. On the LCIL logo, can we remove MP from David Borrow's name?
6. Is there any possibility of you popping into the office just to give me a final training session?

Thanks for everything Malcolm, it is really appreciated. Speak soon.

bits

1 - done (although it looks a bit messy)
2 - anyone who is staff now has a menu option "modify content". Filter on content type of document file, and pick edit on the one you want to change. To add another tab, add another document file under the create content menu.
3 - I have created a new role called vacancy administrator and given it access to edit and delete in the vacancy forum
5 - done
