Who are We and Where can you find us ?
Lancashire Centre for Independent Living is a User Led organisation, which means that is run by and for disabled people. We provide independent living advice and support to disabled and older people to live independently in Lancashire.
What underpins our work is the social model of disability with the human rights of disabled people at its core.
Furthermore, we will not accept discrimination in our work on grounds of disability, race, age, sexual orientation, gender or religion and will challenge it if it occurs, at an individual or organisational level. We aim to positively promote equality on these grounds.
